The Dim Sum Daytime Tour

Enjoy contemporary renditions of this time-honoured tea ritual while learning why Vancouver has the best Chinese food outside China

Overview

  • Feast on luxurious dumplings flecked with truffles, flaky pastries, wobbly custards and delicate rice rolls plump with prawns
  • Includes 3 restaurants in Richmond and downtown Vancouver
  • Tea and 2 wine (or mocktail) pairings
  • Chauffeured service in a SUV Limo

What to Expect

  • We will meet outside Yaletown-Roundhouse Station at 10 am
  • The chauffeur will whisk us to the multi-award-winning Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, where we will devour five classic dishes while learning the ABCs of how to order at any dim sum restaurant.
  • From there we’ll drive to Richmond (about half an hour) and talk more about the local Chinese food scene. Is it really as good as everyone says?
  • At the famous Chef Tony Seafood Restaurant, we’ll float past the long lineup, sit down to a huge spread of signature dishes (savoury and sweet) and uncork some B.C. wine.
  • Then back to downtown Vancouver, where the chauffeur will drop us off for an extravagant finale at the world-renowned Mott 32 from Hong Kong.
  • We will not return to Yaletown-Roundhouse Station, but will wrap up close to Burrard Station.

Group size: 6 people, max. Non-refundable. Prices (plus GST and EzTix service fee) include all food, beverages, gratuities and transportation.
