We’ll meet on the waterfront at Miku, the celebrated Japanese restaurant that introduced aburi sushi to Canada, for a sumptuous sampling plate.

From there, we’ll walk along the waterfront to Botanist, one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and Bars. We’ll tour the cocktail laboratory and taste four dazzling courses (liquid and solid) made from locally foraged and farm-fresh ingredients.

Our last stop is Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, another one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants, where the chef will recreate (tableside) one of the special dishes that led his team to victory on the inaugural season of Iron Chef Canada. Our finale includes dessert, petit fours and a fun crash course on how to review restaurants like a pro.

Group size: 5 people, max. Tours held rain or shine. Non-refundable. Prices (plus GST and EzTix service fee) include all food, beverages and gratuities.
