Alexandra Gill is one of Canada’s most knowledgeable and well-connected culinary experts. She has been The Globe and Mail’s Vancouver restaurant critic since 2005. She is also the editor of Canada’s Best Bars and a judge for many major competitions, including Food Network Canada’s Iron Chef Canada, the Chinese Restaurant Awards and Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants. Although she has a reputation for being brutally honest and tough in print, she is actually a whole lot of fun in person. Look up her interview on CTV News!
