Alexandra Gill is one of Canada’s most knowledgeable and well-connected culinary experts. She has been The Globe and Mail’s Vancouver restaurant critic since 2005. She is also the editor of Canada’s Best Bars and a judge for many major competitions, including Food Network Canada’s Iron Chef Canada, the Chinese Restaurant Awards and Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants. Although she is considered by many to be one of the toughest critics in the country, her bubbly personality and passion for Vancouver’s exciting food scene will provide travelling gourmands with extraordinary dining experiences, incisive insight and a whole lot of fun.
