COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Policies

Your safety is our priority. All tours are held in restaurants that follow strict COVID-19 safety protocols developed in accordance with BC’s health orders and recommendations. The servers at all restaurants wear masks, temperature checks will be required and hand sanitizer will be provided.

Public Health Orders and Travel Restrictions

All guests and operators are expected to follow the latest public heath orders and travel restrictions.  https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/response

Private Dining

These are private tours. Other than Alexandra, you will not be seated with anyone outside your group.

Proof of Vaccination

Alexandra is fully vaccinated and respectfully asks that her guests be too. Beginning Sept. 13, proof of partial vaccination will be required to enter restaurants for all people 12 years and older. By Oct. 24, entrance will require proof of full vaccination (two doses, where applicable) at least seven days prior.

Face Masks

In accordance with BC’s public health orders, people 12 years and older are currently required to wear masks in indoor public settings, including restaurants, pubs and bars (unless seated), regardless of vaccination status. Please bring your own mask.

COVID-19 Screening

A questionnaire will be sent to all guests prior to your tour to screen for COVID-19 symptoms and request proof of vaccination.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to a COVID-19 issue will be offered to reschedule or receive a full refund with 72-hours notice. Refunds for later cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis
